Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Content and a content creation team to build out the Social Media calendar
• Create mobile first content and edit content for the appropriate social channels (with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok)
• Align with other PRIMAL departments to ensure representation of our people and departmental goals
• Schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin
• Take part in ongoing content ideation and trends discussions
• Assist in driving campaigns with channel appropriate content that match headline content themes
• Find innovative ways to promote and launch our products on social
• Display our company values on Social Media
• Maintenance of calendar and schedule changes
• Community management across all channels
• Sourcing and reposting the best UGC content
• Boosting and promoting appropriate posts to the correct audience
• Working with influencers and brand advocates to create collab posts and influencer led campaigns
• Work with the PRIMAL in-house content team to produce the highest quality social content for all of our channels

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Media (this can include further education experience)
• Excellent communication skills and a pro-active
• Customer service experience preferable
• Proficient using Capcut, Canva, and in-app editing tools for TikTok and Instagram
• Experience with Social Media scheduling tools, such as Later.com would be advantageous
• Passion and knowledge of the fitness industry
• Self-motivated person who wants to learn and grow within the role
• A real team player, who enjoys variation in workload and tasks
• Willing to travel on occasion for events and photoshoots
