About the role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive responsible for the day-to-day management of Social Media campaigns across both B2B and B2C marketing. This includes delivering the strategy and creating new content ideas to enhance performance across our channels.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the creation and optimisation of Social Media content, messaging, and channels to help drive our success on Social Media platforms to support our growth goals across B2B and B2C.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering our social strategy and adapting and optimising content to achieve key performance metrics
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
- Collaborating with Videographers, Content Creators and Designers to ensure that posts are engaging
- Optimizing content for publication across various Social Media sites
- Scheduling copy for release at optimal times
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post
- Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials
- Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent Social Media applications
- Exploring the potential value of Social Media sites that are not yet in our repertoire
What we are looking for:
- At least 2-3 years' experience from a digital marketing agency or in-house position developing and executing Social Media strategies and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media channels and ability to articulate key performance metrics
- Proven experience in Business-To-Business (B2B) marketing, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and strategies within the sector
- Own Social Media as a digital marketing channel and manage performance
- Experience with Social Media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, AdRoll, etc.) and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.). LinkedIn proficiency and a successful record of ability to strategically leverage this platform for business growth are essential requirements for this role
- Excellent copywriter skills
- Can confidently work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Understanding of core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Social Media and other digital marketing channels
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Desirable but not essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of scheduling tools i.e. Sprout Social
- Experience with task management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a regular basis
- Understanding of core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Paid Media and other digital marketing channels
- Experience working in the tech or professional services industry
