Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative individual, with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be full of ideas and enthusiasm with a strong ability to adapt! The chosen candidate will work under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager across channels including organic and paid social, email, Google Ads PPC and content. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of Social Media and the wider marketing mix!

We secure empty buildings by placing vetted Guardians into a property to protect through occupation. The Guardians are made up of young professionals and keyworkers. This gives owners the peace of mind of a secure building, for little to no cost, while also providing affordable housing in desirable locations.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming campaign ideas
• Supporting with all company Social Media accounts
• Monitoring social channels and responding to enquiries
• Fielding CRM enquiries and passing them on to the relevant teams
• Posting on various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Reviewing analytics and reporting back on campaign progress/success
• Creating various email campaigns on Mailchimp
• Content creation (copy, images, videos etc)
• Working with various company departments to promote overall brand
• Visiting our properties and setting up filming days/interviews etc

Qualifications Required

• Full clean drivers license Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of analytical tools
• Design skills (photo and video editing)
• Creative mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a team

Desirable

• Experience/interest in the property industry
• Experience working on Social Media ad campaigns
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop etc.
• Knowledge of Mailchimp
