- Are you an experienced administrator looking for a Part Time role?
Our client is Irelands largest humanitarian aid agency and have worked in over 50 countries supporting the worlds poorest, most vulnerable people.
They are looking for an administrator to join their London based office 2 days per week, ideally Tuesday and Wednesday (14 hours) for around 3 months, supporting with all aspects of office administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects on incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain all office supplies including stationary
- Create and monitor supplier PO Numbers and record on Excel
- Process postal donations and send them on to the Belfast Office
- Record invoice details on Excel
- Ensure a clean, tidy and welcoming office environment at all times
Please note this role is 100% office based.
The ability to multi-task and manage your own demanding workload whilst delivering great attention to detail is key in this role.
