My client based in Winnersh Triangle is seeking a Social Media Executive to join their team. This is a full time officed based role - Monday to Friday.
As a Social Media Executive you will play a key role in shaping their online presence and engaging with their target audience.
This role will suit someone who is proactive and forward-thinking, has excellent knowledge of Social Media and a strong background in content creation and copywriting for social.
You will be responsible for managing and growing their Social Media accounts, creating content, and monitoring and reporting on Social Media metrics. Working within the highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to contribute to the broader marketing team objectives. You will be able to use your initiative and take ownership of activities, and the right candidate will enjoy working in a highly creative environment.
You will need to be comfortable in front of a camera and happy to be the face of videos on TikTok and Instagram.
The role and responsibilities:
· Create compelling campaign content including thought leadership and devise creative ways of reaching their target audiences using a multi-channel approach, ensuring consistency with brand visual identity, voice, and style.
· Help to plan and manage their Social Media calendar.
· Write scripts, Social Media posts, TikTok’s and website content.
· Create Social Media assets
· Proactively planning and executing the correct activity levels & correct timing
· Analyse results to identify opportunities to expand their reach and drive more engagement.
· Liaison with internal departments regarding content.
· Writing content for Social Media posts in line with company branding and objectives.
· Proactively researching and recommending new ideas.
· Administration tasks in relation to projects and events.
The skills we are looking for in you:
· Social media experience is essential
· Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven experience working within communications and Social Media.
· Confident liaising with internal stakeholders.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience of implementing Social Media campaigns, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
