Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Location: Malmesbury

My client is searching for a Social Media Executive who possess the ability to manage Social Media channels, whilst building an engaging audience. The main focus of this role is to increase the reach and relevance of their audience.

Throughout the companies success they have seen vast growth, and since then they have put an emphasis on ensuring they have strong marketing department which is the reason for this new role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, innovative content for Social Media platforms in collaboration with the creative team.
• Coordinate Social Media schedules to align with new product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand messages.
• Integrate Social Media messaging with other marketing channels to enhance the company's trading objectives.
• Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation and coordination with broader marketing initiatives.
• Utilise data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activity on Social Media platforms and compile reports to inform strategy development.
• Proactively engage with comments and feedback on Social Media posts.

Required/Desirable Skills:

• Experience is key - commercial experience within the design industry is highly valued.
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing - managing posts, reviewing performance, increasing engagement.
• Commercial experience using all Social Medias including LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Social Media or Digital is desirable.

This role will be fully in office and a driving license will be required.
