Digital Marketing Executive - Social Media

Office based position: Wilmslow

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Executive who can come into Senitor and elevate the Social Media and marketing communications. You will have autonomy to work on all areas of marketing on both B2B and B2C projects and will get the opportunity to learn and develop your skillset in a supportive and fun environment.

We are a well-established company in the IT recruitment sector, with over 20 years of experience of hiring across IT, Tech, Digital and Software. You'll be working on both the candidate and client focused sides of the business, helping the team to attract talent for roles and to win new business with engaging content.

This position is what you make of it, with little focus on the Social Media and Digital Marketing in the past, it's a great time to join and put your stamp on the Senitor brand. Your role will be varied but will focus on maximising reach, increasing conversions and leading engagement across the brand.

Training will be provided in areas which you may not have as much experience, and you will have the flexibility and freedom to suggest new ideas, software and events and lead the vision behind the marketing.

Experience:

• 1 year+ in a Marketing role
• B2B or B2C experience
• Social Media - predominantly LinkedIn but also Twitter / X, Facebook, Instagram
• Copywriting
• Blog writing
• Canva / Graphic Design
• Email Marketing / Automation / Customer Journey
• Events
• Experience or understanding of recruitment or technology market desirable but not necessary

We are a fun and sociable team where you will be working with ambitious and motivated people. As a company we encourage progression and training and you will be working directly with the directors on all aspects of marketing. There are regular events and holidays as part of the package, such as Chester Races, trips to Barcelona and large Christmas parties being some of the events in the last 12 months; alongside this are monthly social events and a great working environment.

This is an office based role so you must be able to reliably commute to Wilmslow.
