Role Overview
As Social Media & Influencer Assistant, you’ll execute high-performing content to elevate the brand and engage our followers across platforms. Reporting into our Head of Marketing, you’ll act as a ‘brand guardian’ for our social presence, working collaboratively with Creative, Buying & Operations to lead our social success.
The Day to Day
- Social media management and scheduling across all platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Propose innovative ideas for ‘scroll-stopping’ content and curate high-quality social content feeds.
- Work with Head of Marketing to set strategies and reach KPIs for all platforms.
- Execute and develop the influencer strategy, proposing collaborations to elevate the brand.
- Reporting and analytics, with actionable insights.
You Should Apply If
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Social Media or similar role.
- A keen interest in creative and fashion.
- Experience of executing paid influencer collaborations is desirable. (is this still necessary at this level?)
- Problem-solving aptitude, with strong organisational capability and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
- An understanding of the Social Media landscape, driving new initiatives and keeping up to date with industry innovations.
The Interview Process

An introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.
Stage 3 – Formal interview (60 mins)
The final stage is to discuss your task with the hiring manager.
