Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media, PPC, and Email Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels including Social Media platforms, PPC campaigns, and Email Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and curate engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Social Media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze Social Media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- PPC Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad targeting to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising to implement innovative strategies.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement Email Marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and interests to deliver personalized content and offers.
- Create compelling email content including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in Social Media management, PPC campaign management, and Email Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Social Media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), and Email Marketing software and CRM Pipedrive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
