This role will be responsible for owning EDITED’s brand image across all public-facing channels. Sitting on the Creative & Digital team, you will create, deploy, and maintain the social strategy and assets. You will work closely with other departments and external agencies to best represent EDITED as the leader in the Retail Insights space. We need someone who has their finger on the pulse of B2B Social trends to help us keep EDITED a leader in retail data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Manage EDITED’s Social Media presence
Collaborate on PR initiatives
Own the Social Media strategy per channel across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more
Create impactful compelling Social Media content, including video
Submit our profile and case for industry awards and recognition
Create impactful press releases that catch the attention of the Retail market
Partner internally to create or obtain trend market-relevant content
Requirements
Key experience:
Managing Social Media and PR on a corporate level, preferably in B2B SaaS
Passion for keeping companies relevant, approachable, and data-driven on public channels
Great writing skills in any format
Desire to work quickly and adapt to shifting priorities and projects
Bonus points:
Experience rallying others to participate in or support PR initiatives
Ability to learn on the fly and give quick, thoughtful feedback to others
Experience owning the relationship with PR companies
