Social Media Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team at either our Richmond or Liverpool Street location to support all Ellis Recruitment Group brands.

You will be at the center of our business. You will be a point of contact for our recruitment teams, as well as contractors and clients, therefore strong communication skills are a must.

To enable you to support our people, you will need to have a strong eye for detail as well as the ability to multi-task, as recruitment is a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role that will offer development and career progression within our growing Company.

Role Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute Social Media strategies aligned with the company's objectives and industry trends.
• Craft compelling and creative content for diverse Social Media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Make use of analytics tools to track performance metrics, gather insights, and enhance Social Media campaigns for maximum impact.
• Keep abreast of the latest Social Media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing Social Media platforms, campaigns, and content.
• Combine creativity with analytical thinking to develop content that resonates with the target audience while achieving measurable results.
• Proficiency in using various Social Media tools, schedulers, and platforms to enhance content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the company.
• Increase the visibility of the Ellis Recruitment Group and associated brands across all Social Media channels, for both clients, candidates, and internal hires.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships and collaborate with team members.
