About Our Client
Our client is a multinational specializing in the manufacturing of textile products. It is experiencing significant international external growth.
Job Description
In coordination with your Director based at the headquarters, you are the reference for CSR issues. You will ensure that the company and all suppliers complies with social standards, promotes ethical practices regarding labor, and fosters an optimal work environment. Your missions will revolve around the following areas:
- Audit various production sites and assess social performance, with a focus on areas related to employees and stakeholders,
- Identify priority areas for the integration of sustainable practices,
- Prepare and produce regular reports, highlighting progress and performance in the social domain,
- Ensure that various production sites comply with national and international social regulations,
- Implement training and awareness programs for employees to promote a corporate culture based on ESG values.
- Regularly assess progress and identify improvement opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
Coming from a higher education background, you have at least 7 years of experience in CSR issues, monitoring and evaluation, analysis, impact measurement, etc.
Autonomous, a good negotiator and manager, you have strong convictions in ESG matters and the desire to contribute to a rapidly developing structure. Very good analytical, synthesis, and writing skills. You speak English fluently.
Flexible location, ideally home-based with regular travel to Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
