Social Worker

Thurrock Council are looking to recruit a qualified Social Worker to join their Community Led Support Team on a full-time permanent basis. Successful applicants will be joining a Community Led support team that is committed to connecting individuals with their communities.

As part of a CLS team you will be working in a way that is responsive and proportionate working with people to achieve their outcomes using their strengths and their community creativity, linking people with their communities focusing on what matters rather than what's the matter.

The team is about responsive social care support that creates opportunity for vulnerable people to come together with their community to create opportunities and outcomes, while providing support that is committed to safeguarding the most vulnerable.
