Team/Specialism: Adults and Autism
Pay Rate: £37 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
Main Duties:
- To complete care act assessments to determine eligibility
- To complete care and support plans, where eligible needs are identified.
- To ensure community resources are drawn upon and work is strength based and progressive in nature
- To complete initial reviews/ annual reviews
- To work with those under 18 to plans for their adult support at 18 (via assessments)
- To work with those with Autism and no learning disability. Work may also include working with those with other neurodiversity’s or vulnerabilities, not supported through other social care teams.
