Join our established Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital Team and work in partnership with Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Consultants in this fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Working on-site at the Hospital, you'll have the benefit of engaging with people in a face-to-face environment. With excellent relationship building skills, you'll work closely with other members of the team across other locations, including Community Hospitals and short-term services.No two cases are the same and you'll enjoy a diverse caseload where you have the opportunity to really stretch your social work skills. Dealing with a broad spectrum of complex issues, including Mental Capacity Act assessments and safeguarding, your sound understanding of our legal obligations, will support your decision making. As a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, you'll use a strengths-based approach to make confident decisions, even where there is uncertainty.
