As a Senior Social Worker (Intensive Care Unit), you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based social work clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Social Work inpatient services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
The successful applicant must hold a valid Blue Card prior to commencement.
