Soft Play Team Leader

As a Soft Play Team Leader you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the Soft Play area and assisting parents with any needs. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

You will also be responsible for training team, sales driving activities and working closely with the Pub Leadership Team

The wacky is due to go a major investment this year and we are looking for someone who can take the Soft Play to the next level. The successful candidate needs some sort of play area and leadership experience.

You will need to be an out of the box thinker and come up with great sales driving ideas and the ability to execute them.

You will also be responsible for the training and development of the team as well as delivering market leading service and standards
