An established software company based in Coventry is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background working with Software / digital products within the housing sector. They offer data-driven software solutions to a range of customers within the housing, government and non-profit / charity sector. The role has come about due to the continuing expansion of their customer base, so you'll be working with both new and existing customers, managing the relationship and identifying new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

As a Software Account Manager, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to target new customers, build relationships and identify where the company's latest solutions will benefit customers. Utilising excellent customer service and sales experience, you'll be able to push the business forward and build positive partnerships with local business.

Key & Essential Skills:

• Prior Account Management experience working with customers in the housing, government and/or not-for-profit sector.
• Able to generate and follow up on leads to generate business.
• Experience selling software products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Beneficial skills:

• Educated to degree (or equivalent) level (desirable)
