Databridge provides a Management Information System (MIS) for Independent Specialist Providers across the UK, giving colleges the tools they need to efficiently handle their data on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day you will be working on our main SPA as well as other projects when necessary, any additions and changes to these must be done with great attention to detail and with an emphasis on usability and bug free deployment. Work will also include fixes from a diagnostic perspective according to customer feedback.
The role will involve the following:
Developing functions and features with a heavy emphasis on customer experience.
Working on items assigned to you by the Development Manager.
Supporting the development team with testing for fixes and new features.
Liaising with customers regarding bug fixes and new features.
Experience with the following Languages / Technologies:
- C# and the .NET Framework (1-2 years ideally)
- Knockout.JS / jQuery / JS
- SQL / SSMS
- HTML / CSS
- GitHub
- MVC / MVVM Design Patterns
- Entity Framework / LINQ
- Experience of Debugging and Diagnosing / fixing issues.
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
- Blazor
- C# .Net Core
- Durandal
Strong knowledge of the following would be beneficial:
- SOLID Principles
- Agile Methodology
- Object-Oriented Design principles
- Basic understanding of Cloud computing (Azure preferably)
Our ideal candidate will be able to operate well as part of a team but also have the tenacity and curious attitude that enables them to complete tasks and overcome obstacles that may arise for them autonomously.
You will need excellent communication / English language skills, as you will be expected to contact and develop a strong working relationship with our customers. This will primarily be on support tickets, but may also include Teams calls and remote connections to customer machines / servers when required.
