We have a number of Software Engineering opportunities and we work with a variety of technologies. We are particularly looking for Java and JavaScript Software Engineers at several career levels. After you join us, you will help to build solutions that are a highly scalable, cloud microservice platforms based on Docker and AWS, using services such as Amazon ECS, EC2, RDS, PostgresSQL, ElastiCache, Lambda, KMS Kinesis, EMR and S3. You will care about creating efficient scalable, stable, and defecct free solutions, using your knowledge of a variery of frameworks and libraries and experience withTDD/BDD approaches.
Whilst we are not expecting people to have all the skills outlined below, you will have good experience of JavaScript technologies such as React and Node. You will also have a passion for continuous personal development and be competent in picking up new technologies.
Other skills that interest us include:
- Databases (RDBMS or NoSQL).
- AWS.
- Messaging – JMS, SQS etc.
- Unit Testing – They uses Jasmine, Cypress, Cucumber.
- Functional / Reactive programming.
- CI/CD – Devops – Docker, Jenkins.
- Infrastructure as code – Python, Ansible, Cloudformation.
- Scrum / Agile.
- KAFKA.
- Nifi.

It is the largest area of Digital Intelligence, containing our Engineering, Consulting and Project Management teams that design and implement the defence solutions and digital transformation projects that make us a globally recognised brand in both the public and private sector.
