Tests applications and systems with focus on executing the test cases for applications.
The Test Specialist develops the test scenarios and test cases, executes test cases to verify that the system is built as per the requirements.
Usually focuses on functional and non-functional testing of the applications at the component integration layers.
Your Profile
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Quality Engineering experience
• Working Knowledge Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing
• API Testing using POSTMAN, SOAP UI, JMETER
• Well-versed with testing methodology, practices, tools, and reporting.
• Experience in both Water fall and Agile methodologies
Additional assets that are nice to have:
ISTQB Certification
Experience in non-functional testing (Performance, UI/UX, Accessibility, etc.)
Hands-on expertise in a variety of test automation framework/tools (eg. Selenium, Robotframework, Postman
