SalaryExciting opportunity: A Joint Venture Company is looking for an experienced Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to act as Sole Counsel and help project develop a circular economy venture.
This is an immediate requirement and a part time role (3 working days a week).
6 months Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be extended.
Day-to-day tasks will vary and likely span across, project development, construction, financing, hedging and operational issues.
There will be a large amount of contract management and negotiation.
The role includes an element of travel.

Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years PQE +
- Senior Associate level
- Contract and negotiation experience related to large projects is largely desirable.
- General in-house corporate / commercial experience
- Able to work autonomously
- Available immediately
