The team will engage in a diverse range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions spanning the UK, international markets, and equity capital markets. My client represents a diverse clientele, from multinational corporations and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, cooperative societies, and high-net-worth individuals and investors.
What You'll Need:
- Relevant experience in corporate M&A transactions
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a complex and varied workload
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- 1 + PQE
