PQE: 5+ years

Qualifications: Solicitor or CILEX admitted to practice in England & Wales

I’m working with a few well ranked London law firms to expand their Corporate Tax teams and I’m looking to speak with experienced solicitors with upwards of 5 years PQE at leading regional or city firms.

Work across the teams is complex and varied so the ideal candidate will have a range of experience with transactional, advisory and structuring work such as;

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Real Estate matters
• Banking transactions
• Corporate finance, leasing & asset finance
• Corporate reorganisations, restructures and demergers
• Private equity
• Shareholders
