SalaryService: Legal and Regulatory Support

To support the Legal Contracts Manager, Procurement Manager and Head of Legal and Regulatory Services to achieve the team’s objectives by carrying out a range of functions within the Procurement Commercial and Contract Management Team (PCCMT) ensuring the provision of efficient and effective legal services to users and undertaking legal work of a varied nature and complexity within the areas of law for which the PCCMT is responsible.
Providing efficient and effective legal advice and assistance to the PCCMT, the Council, it’s Members, Committees and Services, and may require to appear at courts, tribunals, hearings, etc. as necessary to represent the Council’s interests, with particular responsibility for providing services to a range of delegated functions/services.
