Solutions Architect (Oracle Cloud) - Belfast (Hybrid) - Outside IR35 (6m) - £650pd

Are you in the market for a new contract? Here is the perfect opportunity for a long-term engagement with a client in the public sector.

Join a dynamic team as a Solutions Architect to lead a mix of resources in delivering an Oracle Cloud Fusion (Finance & HCM) implementation.

There is a need to be onsite (Belfast) for this role (1/2 days per week) - there can be flexibility for the right person once up and running.

Project Description/Responsibilities:

1. Solution Leadership: Lead the definition and delivery of finance and HCM solutions in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
2. Design Expertise: Utilise Oracle Cloud knowledge to design client-specific solutions, persuading customers of their appropriateness and engaging in detailed Finance and HCM solution discussions.
3. Functional Responsibility: Take charge of all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation, leading teams and providing specialized expertise as needed.
4. Consultancy Role: Undertake the lead consultant role, specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP solution definition and implementation.

What do you need?

Implementation Expertise: Proven track record in delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion - Cloud ERP implementations, preferably within high-growth organizational settings.

Module Proficiency: Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, encompassing Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, SQM, CM, PA) and HCM (Core HCM, Absences, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruitment).

Integration & Security: Practical experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Business Intelligence reporting, and security configuration driven by custom roles.

Architectural Aptitude: Demonstrated expertise in an architectural role, preferably holding TOGAF certification, providing a significant advantage in project environments.

Access and Permissions: Exposure to configuring Oracle Access and Segregation of Duties, coupled with experience in Identity and Access Management, including custom roles and Privileged Access.
