THE COMPANY

This company is a private equity owned business looking to bolster technology within the business through three main pillars of growth. Changing processes, improving estate, and digital transforming. This role will champion these initiatives within the business. They are looking for someone sparky with strong stakeholder management skills and highly tech-savvy.

THE ROLE

• Manage an IT team.
• Championing technology within the company.
• Scale up their team.
• Drive the Digital Transformation.
• Developing and writing code for data products which will then drive decision making.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record (5+ years) in personally driving Digital Transformation in a complex operating business environment.
• A degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is a plus.
• A working knowledge of digital technologies such as IoT, and cloud computing (specifically Azure) - any cloud is ok
• Experience with implementing AI and machine learning would be a bonus.
• Ideally from service sector
• Strong communication skills.
