The Solutions workstream aims to differentiate Mott MacDonald’s offering and realise value through creating scalable and reliable software solutions based on our industry-specific domain knowledge. Our product managers and solution consultants work alongside software developers and data scientists and collaborate with domain experts from the wider business including engineers, asset management specialists and environmentalists. It is this combination of domain x digital capability that sets us apart.
This role will join our Solutions team, supporting business units in solving specific client or project challenges by leveraging existing capabilities from our technology platform(s) where we don’t have an off the shelf solution to suit a particular opportunity. Priority will be given to opportunities that align with regional priorities including supporting major projects, platinum clients and enabling growth in defined high opportunity areas.
It does not extend to scoping or deploying mature solutions (ie those at Upscale stage in our innovation process) onto projects, which is the responsibility of the Implementation team – although there will be a close interface as they raise requests to augment those ‘off the shelf’ offerings with new capabilities.
The role will report to the Solution Consultant Principal within Central Digital Solutions. Central includes EUNA and ISMA.
