‘The Gathering’ is a restaurant within the 67 acres of The Samling where you can help create a relaxed modern dining experience overlooking fabulous views of Lake Windermere. Using the best produce that is available to us and creating a dining experience with a unique wine offering and excellent service.
Last orders at 8pm encouraging Chefs to have a work life balance which is a strong focus of the hotel and for the team that work here.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team, organizing and executing a menu consistently and without compromise.
