Full-time role, 48 hours a week, 5 days
38- 40k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)

About the role

The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:
Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
Have a 'Ja Tak' attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")
