Texas Joes is an established real deal American slow smoked meat restaurant. We are passionate about southern slow smoked meat and barbecue cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about BBQ and its history.
Experience: Prefer experienced candidates with 2 years experience in high volume environments. You should have HAACP training and a level 2 certificate.
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef leader with firm grasp and passion of the fine art of slow smoked meats. We can train you to become one of London's top Pitmasters
Hourly pay is supplemented with a TRONC scheme for sharing of tips.
We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about their kitchen responsibilities as they are to learn the art of slow smoked meats that are the heart of Texas BBQ. Knowledge of smoking and live fire cooking and basic butchery and meat carving skill sets.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
