Full Time, Permanent role - 40+ hours per week – 5 days per week (out of 7)

Who you will be:
· Supervise and support junior team members to ensure that all sections are ready for service on time.
· Organise and set-up the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
· Maintain high levels of cleanness at all times in the kitchen.

Our flagship elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City.
Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
You must have the right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
