Azure Support Engineer / Azure Administrator - Part-time - Fully Remote

I'm working with a Cloud Native Software house in the Energy sector to recruit a fully remote Azure Administrator to join the team.

Working with their Technical Director you will be responsible for administering and securing their internal IT Systems based on the Azure platform. This will be a permanent role but they only require someone part-time hours (20 hours a week) ideally split over 5 days but they are open to discussions on the exact details.

The role will focus on your knowledge of Azure AD / Azure Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 / M365 / O365 and general End point Management and Security

To be considered you will have demonstrable experience with most of the following:

• Knowledge of and experience in identity management, conditional access policies, and authentication policies
• Experience of identity governance, including privileged identity management
• Endpoint security using Intune, including device enrolment, configuration and compliance, with a focus on Apple devices (they do not use Jamf)
• Set up of enterprise applications in Entra ID, including SAML and OIDC apps
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Defender, including threat detection and analysis
• Administration experience with Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint, including access permissions, security, and incident management
• Any Azure Certifications in these technologies would be beneficial

They are a remote first company and have been for several years so don't have an office but the teams meet up once per month in either Edinburgh or London so you must be able to commute to one of those locations.

Location: Remote Working (UK based) - with 1 day per month in London or Edinburgh

Duration: Permanent - Part time - 20 hours a week

Salary: Pro-rata based on a full time salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000
