About us- Roe is our new restaurant in Wood Wharf (near Canary Wharf in East London) which opens early in 2024. Roe is the third restaurant from James Robson, Chef’s Jack Croft and Will Murray, the team behind the hugely successful Fallow and Fowl restaurants in St James’. Roe will be a 300 plus cover restaurant spread over three floors with large open kitchens, private dining rooms, chefs’ counters, live plant growing walls and a terrace which overlooks the open waters of the South Docks.

Your Role

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Managing stock take and order
• Monitoring wastage
• Mentoring and developing junior chefs
