Junior Sous Chef Needed Asap

Are you an experienced chef looking for a new challenge? Our restaurant in Vauxhall needs a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team. We focus on Mexican cuisine, serving up favorites like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas for dinner and takeaway. With seating for 120 guests, our kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go.

In this role, you'll step up to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, so we need someone who's confident and can work independently. We're looking for a chef who knows their way around the kitchen and is passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
