This outstandingly exciting and gorgeous new Michelin star spot is looking for a Junior Sous. The owner has pioneered a cuisine and received praise from across our industry and across the world. This role need someone ideally senior CDP or higher, and you would need experience in a refined (not necessarily fine dining) spot prior. This is a mega job and weekends off- so what is not to like.
