- 40 hours @ £13ph - £15ph (£27k - £31k)
- Tips average at £1.20ph
- Overtime paid at the rate of £13ph - £15ph
- GP% Bonus £1k - £2k.
- Straight shifts
- No more than 45 hours per week – even at XMAS
- 8 bespoke bedrooms
- Fully staffed (apart from a Sous Chef)
- Fresh food, 100% input into all menus
