We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef

As the Sous Chef you will be required to:
- Lead and support the team.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Organise menu and rota changes, staff training and stock control.
- Consistently maintain their high standards of food service and provision to meet the expectations of staff, volunteers, visitors and clients.
- Take operational control, including supervision of all kitchen staff.
- Help ensure that all members of staff adhere to both statutory regulations and NMA’s policies on food safety and health and safety within all catering areas.
- To ensure that effective induction, supervision, and appraisals of kitchen staff are carried out and that training needs are identified and met.
