We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team at The Fishbourne.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, demonstrate flair and imagination and produce consistent dishes using locally sourced produce. Excellent rate of pay and bonus structure is available to the correctly qualified and experienced chef along with the potential to progress within our kitchens.
