SalaryOpal Personnel are currently working with a client based in Wimborne, Dorset who are on the lookout for a Sous Chef to start ASAP on a permanent basis.
The client are a busy country pub and would be looking to speak with candidates who are experienced working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with fresh ingredients. The client offer an extensive range of traditional british classics.

Setting - Busy country pub
Experience - Must have experience working in a fast-pace environment
Location - Wimborne, Dorset
Salary - £30-£32 DOE over 45 hours per week
