Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a . As a , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant - Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards - Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed - Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and specials - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Requirements: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a culinary or kitchen role - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record in team management and supervising staff - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices We offer competitive compensation based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization.
