```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide exceptional service and care to our clients, helping them achieve their wellness goals. Your expertise in various therapeutic techniques and your commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our spa.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform a variety of massage and bodywork treatments, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy and poultice massage. Experience in facials including electrical facials would be an advantage.
- Customize treatments based on clients' specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless spa experience for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques
```Skills```
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and Swedish massage
- Experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, or barbering is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize client appointments
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a welcoming environment
- Ability to adapt treatments based on clients' specific needs and preferences

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
