Our client is a high-class interior design brand that works with the entire day area of the home. They are about to open their flagship showroom in London.
Mission:
Acting as a technical advisor, you will advise the sales teams and supervise all projects at a technical level.
Tasks description:
Supervising and monitoring all projects in collaboration with the sales team and providing technical/constructive support where necessary.Site monitoring: taking measurements at customers' sites and drawing up technical plans; preparing sites prior to installation; monitoring orders; receiving and checking goods on-site; ensuring interaction between architects, fitters, and end customers; resolving any problems on-site.Managing after-sales services and any incidents that may arise.Participating in the smooth running of the showroom.Warehouse management.Candidate's profile:
You have a good knowledge of the various suppliers and have significant experience of managing interior fitting or kitchen projects.You know how to identify the technical implications and constraints involved in the successful completion of a kitchen, bathroom or dressing room.As a self-starter, you have a good ability to manage several projects simultaneously and independently.You are recognised for your thoroughness, your sense of service and your ability to communicate. These qualities will enable you to play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers and staff.A good level of Spanish and Portuguese would be required.Position's characteristics and conditions:
Full-time permanent contract. 39h.The company bears all costs of transport for professional reasons.
