Our client, the leading media business connecting tech start-ups, is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and ambitious Speaker Coordinator to join their growing London office.
They host some of the biggest global events for tech founders and attendees include the world's biggest and most recognisable names as well as the fastest growing start-ups.
The Speaker Coordinator will:
- Manage communications and processes with high calibre C-Suite speakers for their portfolio of events.
- Build meaningful relationships with speakers to develop event content and provide the optimal event experience.
- Research and identify potential speakers from the world's fastest growing start-ups and induct them into their communities.
- Work closely with the content production team to build out event agendas and speaker sessions for the events.
The ideal candidate:
- Graduated with a 2:1 or higher from a top university.
- 6 months+ experience in a commercially focused role (knowledge of B2B events is beneficial but not essential)
- Must be passionate and enthusiastic about the world of tech start-ups.
- Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter, motivated to make an impact and bring new ideas.
