Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of students with special educational requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and academic development of each student.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status with experience in Special Needs Education.
• Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
