Specialist Broker

We are pleased to be working with a successful award-winning specialist Mortgage Brokerage in Halifax West Yorkshire, who are looking for a Specialist Broker to join the team. The role will involve advising on bridging, development, commercial and BTL mortgages. You will get full support from your own admin team and leads will be provided and vetted prior to client meeting.

The role will be hybrid with 3 days in Halifax office as a minimum.

Responsibilities:

• To take ownership of Leads, covert them in to submitted applications
• Drive excellent customer service & proactively prioritise business requirements.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Maximizing interactions to full potential to increase new business levels
• Maintain excellent product and criteria knowledge

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years experience as a commercial Broker
• Part / fully CeMap is advantageous
• A solid and proven track record of structuring property finance.
