So, as a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

Working in one of our departments your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about. You don't need retail experience to join our family. But you do need to be the kind of warm, friendly, hardworking and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hard working close team.

To cover and support the teams across the counters including bakery, hot food, butchers, deli and cheese.

All training is provided and no previous knowledge is required.

18 years old and above only.

Available to work a variety of shifts, including 1 weekend day.

Shift times can range from 6am – 8pm.

Contracted hours 20.

Please Note:

Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.

Advertised rates of pay are applicable to 23 years +

Under 18:            £8.47 (probationary rate) - £8.56 (full rate)

18 – 20 years:    £8.82 (probationary rate) – £8.90 (full rate)

21 – 22 years:    £10.26 (probationary rate) – £10.32 (full rate)
