Salary Specialist Finance Broker
An award-winning mortgage brokerage is expanding its team due to rapid growth. We're currently seeking an experienced specialist finance broker to join us.
The main focus areas include bridging loans, development finance, and commercial mortgages, with potential opportunities to explore other finance types. Leads are sourced from various channels, including estate agents, letting agents, accountants, IFAs, property investor groups, and online platforms such as social media and property influencers.
We receive numerous inquiries and aim to rapidly expand this segment of our business. The ideal candidate should be CeMAP qualified, possess CAS status, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in specialist finance, particularly in bridging, development finance, and commercial mortgages, with a proven track record of success.

This position offers a competitive basic salary along with generous uncapped commission:
Basic salary range: £25,000 - £30,000
Commission and bonus scheme in addition to the base salary
OTE (On Target Earnings): £75,000 - £85,000
