Specification Sales Manager

The successful Specification Sales Managerwill be focused on growing sales in the UK, Europe and globally by creating a demand for company products. The primary objective is to work closely with a focussed customer base to specify company products raise awareness in all project sectors and subsequently follow projects through to close, working with colleagues throughout the business locally and internationally.

This role involves;

• Create demand for company products by working closely with specifiers and project influencers.
• Drive company sales growth to meet or exceed business plan targets.
• Work directly with specifiers to build a pipeline of new business - ensuring lighting and shades systems are specified on every job.
• Develop strong relationships with a focussed set of specifier accounts.
• Educate and raise awareness of companies full product offering.
• Work closely with internal colleagues to produce the relevant documents to support the specifiers needs.

To be successful in this role of Specification Sales Managerwe would love to speak to anyone who has:

• Significant knowledge of the lighting, custom AV and window treatments industry.
• Extensive experience in a sales role with a track record of fostering B-B relationships with customers to build their business.
• A good understanding of the construction industry and the journey or specification to order is critical.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Has a network of MEP consultants involved in CAT A/B fit outs.
• Proven track record of working on offices and other commercial spaces in London.
• Possess a full UK driving license.
