The Role:
Responsible for overseeing and implementing the Activities and leisure annual operational project plan. This encompasses all Activities & Leisure including Timetables, Leisure people and Training, Leisure Retail, marketing and POS, specialist park requirements, Financial Performance.
- Overseeing the implementation of the Activities and leisure programme across the business; ensuring driving consistent delivery of activities and quality of customer service; ensuring customers are engaged and feel safe & looked after when attending all activities.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of the Activities and leisure programme across the business tailored to each park profile and that brochure and web commitments are met.
- Conducting ongoing research and observing competitors to plan the next generation of activities.

What you will be doing:
- Leisure management experience within the holiday park or activity holiday sector
- Good level of understanding of health and safety in the leisure industry particularly around activities
- Project Management experience – operating multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in managing activity and leisure programme across multiple locations Budget management and operating P&L
- Leadership experience
- Pool management experience
- Leisure Management – training leisure professionals in delivering activities to customers
- Customer service experience
